To the Loyal Customers of Kimmel Scrap,

As many of our customers know we try and rotate the writing of our newsletters based on each other’s perspective in the Scrap industry.

Today I have the task of informing you of the passing of one of our longest tenured employee. Willie Nelson started at Kimmel Scrap in 1987 as a laborer and part time truck driver. He worked himself up through hard work and his unwavering dependability and was a memorable man. Even when Willie was feeling his worst he would show up to help anyway he could. Most of you would recognize Willie from his front gold tooth as well as his extremely friendly demeanor. His career is remembered by so many stories between growing up in Georgia and family in Detroit. People remember him from his home life of raising four children and numerous foster children that he and Elizabeth raised as their own. He has made a difference in this world and will not be forgotten.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding any aspect of what we do here, please do not hesitate to contact us.
