Dear Mr.Kimmel,

This letter is in reference to the unfortunate incident that occurred the earlier part
of October. Debris from a truck fell onto my car causing the windshield to crack. I
took pictures and immediately called the number on the side. I was transferred to
Mr. Kimmel and informed him of what had happen. He was so concerned and asked
if I would give him a day or two in order to find out what had actually occurred. He
stated that according to his trackers (GPS) his trucks were not in that area.

At this point, Mr. Kimmel did not dismiss my point of concern. He asked if I had
more information or picture (something he did not have to do). As a result, another
company was carrying his equipment. By this time he stated, “Get an estimate and I
will take care of it.” I was so thankful and appreciative! As an educator, taking care
of two households I must watch every penny. Financially, I was unable to pay for
this inconvenience. I cannot in words express the kindness that Mr. Kimmel
displayed. I felt as if I was one of his family members.

One important factor, I was unable to find a glass place that was opened because of
the extra hours I spend at school. Not only did he pay the bill in full, he found an
establishment for me to get an estimate. The employees were just as kind as he was.
I received my estimate on Monday and my window was fixed on Tuesday. Thank
you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!! Men of his character are far and few. Please never
change! If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
me. I can be reached at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Best regards,
LaTacha
