To our friends and loyal customers of Kimmel Scrap,
As we are in the midst of the dog days of summer, we hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful but hot weather.
This month I would like to ask a favor. When you speak with your customers or vendors, we would really appreciate a referral for the possibility to create new business relationships. As I think back upon my nearly 20 years with Kimmel Scrap, I realized that the majority of the new business comes from our existing customers. This summer marks our 76th year of business in Detroit. Several of our customers have been with us nearly that long and we work as hard to service new customers as we do for the ones that have been with us for decades.
All of us at Kimmel Scrap are here to help you are customers in anyway we can. From Holly Sievert our dispatcher taking calls and scheduling the runs to Nicole Lamar our controller answering accounting questions. Ken Schutt the COO is always available to answer questions about the market conditions or specific material or chemistry. The same goes for Robert Kimmel our President and CEO and myself.
